Dustin Rouse has been leading worship for over 20 years with 16 of them in full time ministry. From his early years of being a young worship leader in a large church of 2000 people to having developed a full and vibrant worship ministry in a church of 3500 people with multiple campuses… he knows what it takes. He always wished he had someone to walk with him in those early years. Trial by fire is a tough way to learn worship ministry.

He now desires to help others in their development of what it means to be a worship pastor and what it means to be a true leader in a church in the area of worship. From ministry to personal life balance to how to recruit and train, and inspire volunteers he has so much to offer those who just need a little help to go from good to great.

Dustin is married to his lovely bride Lindsay for 18 years and they have three wonderful kids. He is the Executive Pastor of Creative Arts at Bethel Church in Crown Point Indiana as well as a founding member of Century Worship, the writing arm of his church.
